Another word to the wise....

IF you eat a snack size version of Pizza Pringles and a regular size Hershey Bar for lunch....and then go running 10 minutes later....

YOU WILL FEEL LIKE PUKING.

"wow..this run is extremely difficult....did I swallow an anvil?...or a bowling ball?.....or a lead plate? huh."

Yeah...that's pretty much what it felt like.

I know your mom reads your blog & I hope she sees this one and yells at you about your eating habits! :-)

Actually, I can't eat anything before I run. Even if it were healthy. So much for that weak admonishment...

the trick is to just not jog afterwards.

Studies show that your metabolism increases as you eat more food, meaning you wont gain weight. If its a problem, just chew with greater vigor and burn more calories.
