I'm obsessed with Rita!

Ok, I'm seriously obsessed with this storm. I've never really been interested in storms before, but for some reason, I'm COMPLETELY engulfed in her (i did not intend that to be the horrible pun that it was...gulf?...nvm....)

I have completely updated myself on earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornadoes so I understand what they are. Stephanie Abrhams is my new best girlfriend.

EYE SHADOW!?:

(About 4 months ago, i threw away 6 packages of eye shadow because they were expired....This is what's remaining!? I won't even begin to explain the colors. My favorite is the second from the right. It's rose wine duo...and i used up all the Suger Suger. So sad.)

These storms are crazy! They say that this may be the biggest storm EVER to hit the gulf mainland in the US and are expecting tornedos as a back-lash....

Maybe this will teach us to all work together.

Library Night...

It's almost 11:30 and I'm still at the library.... And I'll have you know that I just spelled library with two r's at the end. That's how tired I am.

I'm reading the most boring book ever made. It would help if i was remotely familiar with the way our government works.

Group: ((Looks around to see if anyone else would like an opportunity to write.))
TG: I have good handwriting, I’ll do it.
((It’s settled…TG will write)

5 Minutes later. We have just discovered that part of our presentation will be reading a book to the class as if they are young children.

Group: Ok, so I guess someone has to read this book to the class?
TG: I’ll do it! I know I can do it.
Group: Does anyone else want to read? ((A few shy people may want to, but won’t say anything at this point.))
TG: I seriously don’t mind doing it! I’ll read!

SO MUCH HOMEWORK

Hi guys...I have been so swamped with homework lately that i've gotten extremely boring. I did manage, in the last hour, to eat an entire sleeve of ritz crackers, if that makes anyone proud?

The problem with this homework is, it's ALL reading and analyzing. No busy work I can get done in front of the t.v. So...until I think of something other then lesson plans and reading strategies to write about, I will be boring.

This can't be real.

OH MY GOODNESS! Britney Spears has a new website for her perfume Fantasy This is her podcast!! There is promised to be more!?!? LOL

Just so ya'll know....

All I did was replace the URL's for my template. For example...I made my header under PhotoStudio 5.5. Then i uploaded it to Flickr. After that, I went to the section that said Header and replaced the background URL with my new one. :) It's SO easy...but takes a little bit of trial and error.

Another Long Day...and Thank you to everyone!

9:30am-8:00pm........With 10 minute breaks in between.

I ate a Lunchable and a NASTY salad. The perks of being a student.

Here's something I noticed when moving from north to south:

All of those little black specks on the wires are birds. There are literally thousands of them this time of year. They're all migrating south for the winter. :) That's how I know it's coming soon. In Spokane, you don't really notice. One day, the birds are just gone and one day they're waking you up in the morning. Here, You see them passing through together. And again when spring is near...going North.

Just something I noticed.

Also, THANKS SO MUCH!!! Today I finally reached 10,000 hits on my blog!!! :) That's since June 22nd! I'm so glad to have ya'll as friends.

I'm in a huge hurry, but wanted to post this before I forgot it.

Remember "Annoying Type Girl"? Well, today she decided to sit RIGHT in front of me. We finished watching Sometimes in April and I've caught on to her! It was aim, i was right!

Secondly, I noticed that she was wearing a shirt that said "Our Balls are Bigger" with a softball on it.

Third, we had to get into groups and I had to be with her.

Now about the guy with the dog. He was in my group, too!! What are the odds of that?! Well, today he was wearing this heart-shaped emerald earing. It matched his nose ring. :)

And just one more thing! I was at the library and this little two year old was standing by the door thowing a fit. I have NO idea where the parent was. They just let him be loud and interupt everyone. Ok, I'm all for ignoring your son's tantrums, but at the library??

I'm sure you've noticed that my template has changed. I REALLY needed something different. I will now warn you that I am very finicky when it comes to this kind of stuff, so don't be surprised if it changes by the day. :)...for a little while, at least.

WHY!!!??

I suppose you hire the same psychics that the police hire to see into the future when everything will fall apart! Then, you make the warrenty for JUST under that! YOU STINK!!

I got out of my car and opened my back door to get my backpack. It felt a little labored and I heard a sound..... but just figured it was nothing.

HERE is what my side panel is SUPPOSED to look like.....

YOU CRAP! Can you believe this!? lol The glue came loose and I guess it was jarring out......That made it catch and bend.

Sigh.

So, I call the dealership and ask them if it's covered. OF COURSE NOT. My warrenty was up last month!!! lol

It seems easy to fix...just tear the metal strip off and reglue a new one, right?

WRONG

Mr. VW: "No, you can't just buy the metal strip. It comes already adhered to a rubber/plastic strip. It'll look at costing you a couple hundred."

Me: "Ahh...how clever."

This is my favorite back pack EVER! Not only is she beautiful, but she's got ten gagillion pockets that I won't even begin to show you all!......Just a few.

Font to back: Pencil-Pouch complete with highlighters, pens, and stapler...more pens...notepad for random thoughts....and that hook thing in the back has a bunch of hair ties on it. Preperation!

Talk about a headache! I have to play a recorder in a class with 30 people....

Word to the wise...

If a server is standing over you with 4 five-pound plates, hot enough to melt human flesh...please do two kind things:

1. Acknowledge them when they say "The Tenderloin, sir" Because they ARE talking to you. &

2. GET OUT OF THEIR WAY!! :)

WHen you continue your conversation, elbows firmly on the table, it's really hard to set your food down and serve the rest of your friends and family. AND MY FINGURE STILL HURTS from the 3 degree burn I recieved.

Is this weird?

Ok, I don't obsess over my weight, BUT I DO hate it when my figure goes all capoooey. I need you all to tell me if what I do is weird....

When I'm feeling gross, (like when I've just spent the last 3 days eating nothing but refined sugar-animal crackers-M&M's-bagels-Smores Bars- Blueberry Muffins- ETC ETC ETC!!! THIS LIST DOESN'T END !!.....) I try to gently steer myself back on track with a little reminder to eat better.

I, Humor Girl, wear underwear that is 2 sizes too small when i feel fat!!!

THERE! I SAID IT! ARE YOU HAPPY NOW!?

I bought these underwear from walmart, got them home, and realized I bought the wrong size. I was going to take them back...but never did. They're really cute...but were brilliantly hand-crafted to cinch EVERY place that my body stores fat!? They're uncomfortable, I hate them, and I feel sloppy at the sight of them. Even on skinny days they make me feel depressed.

Anyway, just wanted your opinion:

IS it weird that I wear TOO-TIGHT underwear to make me stop eating bad??

I would tie a string around my finger but I can't handle the scrutiny!!
