Help Me... Help You. : )

I'm working on a blog but have too many ideas to get it right. I need your help!

Would you rather....

....tell someone you're not interested, OR ignore them til they "get the hint."

....hear those insulting words OR be ignored until YOU "get the hint."

Thank you, in advance, for helping. :)

Help comes to you not when you ask with your words
Help will be on the way when you ask it with your deeds.

Hi there,
I just stumbled on your site and find your inspiration to create this blog interesting, also having been a "compulsive dieter", better said anorexic for some years (thankfully not any more). This is unrelated to your question :-), but I suggest that you do a 100 things about you list because I´m sure you´re an interesting person and that would just be cool. Keep blogging!

oh alright and to answer your question...i´ve tried both and sometimes neither works..but if someone is persistent, then better to tell em you´re not interested...
though for myself, i´d probably rather be ignored than told by someone they weren´t interested in me...i´d get the hint that way and it would spare both of us unnecessary pain/embarassment---sooo, what you should do just depends how perceptive the person is I guess

i'm not good at saying it, but i try to say i'm not interested...

i'd rather hear it up front. there is no point in wasting time, and i find it helps me get past it quickly. :)

You've got to tell them you're not interested. It is much kinder. When I think I don't have the courage to be blunt, I just remember that it is more compassionate to be honest than it is to play games. The real question is if you are on the other side, how would you like to be treated? Besides, if we are talking about a guy, it is a well-known fact that they are immune to subtlety!

By the way, nice blog. Keep it up.

I can't deal with hurting people's feelings, so I'd do the ignore route... which is the wrong route.

Jac: Hm. I'll be pondering that.

Sonja: Thanks! I love finding new people! :) And I'm on your same page. I'm a chicken..but i guess it's better to say something in the long run.

Gwen: Right with ya.

Ms. Q: That's what my next blog will be trying to get around. You'll see what i mean.

Tim: I'm with you, too.

STAY TUNED! And keep the comments rolling! :)
