Sorry about your post. It always helps me to compose separately and have a copy of what I mean to post, and then work off the copy; this way I don't lose it all. Blogger now offers a "Recover Post" link on their posting page as an additional tool.
One more tip - I've also noticed that AOL and Blogger don't get along well.
